The ritual as a creative process is the search for a creative and englightening path through several physical excercises including Gaga, Yoga, Pilates, Slack Line, meditacion methods, silent walks, hermetic texts, the study of Gurdjieff's fourth way towards enlightment among other experiences.

 

Based on physical training, meditative excersices, writing and Nature's feedback, Marisol CyM is constantly explorying and 

on the process of founding her own system for the equilibrium of the Self, Sometics (SOMA/Ethic- an ethic knowledge though the body).

She practices Sometics in several retirements, alone or in company of her new apprentices.

 

 

 

 Lo ritual como proceso creativo busca vetas creativas y el camino de la iluminación a través de diferentes métodos y ejercicios físicos (incluyendo Gaga, Yoga, Aikido, Slack Line), ejercicios meditativos, el estudio de la Tensegridad, textos herméticos, caminatas de silencio, así como el Cuarto camino de iluminación de Gurdjieff.

 

Basándose en entrenamiento físico, ejercicios meditativos, la escritura y la retroalimentación con la naturaleza,  explora constatemente y está en el proceso de fundar su propio sistema de equilibrio para el Ser, La Somética (SOMA/Ética- un conocimiento ético a través del cuerpo).

Practica la Somética en varios retiros, sola o en compañía de nuevos aprendices.
